Glen will take you and your guests on a journey through modern Australian dishes that use the highest quality organic, local and native Australian ingredients, paddock to plate style.

Most of the fresh produce you’ll enjoy is grow organically in Glen’s garden, he picks ingredients fresh on the day.
There is also the option to have your menu paired with wines from local wineries in the South West so that every sip will perfectly complement each bite.
