As a chef I embrace a healthy, ethical and sustainable lifestyle. This style of cooking is inspired by the gatherer/hunter way of life. I catch my own fish, grow a lot of my own produce, love to forage, and believe in having a strong connection with the land and sea.
I decided to launch my own food line to provide suitable options for people like myself with food allergies, or those just looking for a healthier and more ethical option. I do my best to support local businesses, growers and try to use organic wherever possible in my products.
